A welcoming space for women and girls
Women’s Wellness Space (WWS) is a place where women and girls can learn about their bodies, feel understood and discover ways to look after their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Founded by a nurse with over 11 years of NHS experience, WWS brings together women’s health education, hormonal wellbeing and holistic practices to help you feel more informed, confident and connected to yourself.

Ways we can help
Our mission
To make women’s health education accessible, break down taboos and create a community where women and girls feel heard, supported and empowered to take charge of their wellbeing.
We believe you shouldn’t have to become an expert in your own health just to feel listened to. And you certainly don’t have to have it all figured out!
Did you know
PMDD is a recognised medical condition, not a character flaw.
It’s a severe sensitivity to the normal hormone changes after ovulation, and it can affect mood, energy, relationships and work for up to two weeks of every cycle.
Many women wait years to be diagnosed. Understanding your own pattern is a powerful first step.
